Orders & Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
If you made an error on your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as early as possible at info@damazcus.co. We will try to assist you to the best of our abilities.
If you’re not happy with any products within 14 days of receiving, we would be happy to remit your order for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Items intended for return must be in a good and unused condition. Please contact us at info@damazcus.com if you would like to start a return for a full refund.
We apologize, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs if returning any items. We recommend you ship any returns over $60 with reliable tracking or insurance – if a return item is lost in the shipment process back, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

We formulate products to be as natural as possible; we design Damazcus products with the principle of being as Biocompatible as possible. This means we value that the ingredients utilized are safe and effective for your skin. There are many ingredients that are considered natural, but are irritating and ineffective in skincare products on the market. Therefore, Damazcus formulates products with ingredients that are Biocompatible, regardless if they are natural or synthetic – as long as they have a positive, intended effect on the skin and are safe for our users.
Yes! We source our ingredients with strict standards & quality testing. We manufacture in an ISO 22716 certified + FDA registered GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant facility. In addition, our products are Made in USA, Paraben Free, Phthalate Free, Fragrance Free, and Dyes Free.
Damazcus product packaging is recyclable.
No, we employ modern, alternative testing methods that do not involve animals.
